The River Lily Inn Bed and Breakfast is located on the Intracoastal Halifax River in Holly Hill / Daytona Beach Florida.

The ambiance is that of an old plantation home with its relaxed atmosphere and easy living and cool ocean breezes.

This beautiful 1888 home sits on one and a half acres of ancient oak trees and old palms. The house is approximately 3,750 square feet with a two story carriage house about 1,250 square feet. It has a unique oversized swimming pool that was built in the 1950’s.  The pool was fashioned after the Jane Mansfield heart shaped pool and it is ten feet deep at the deep end.

We purchased the property from Bud and Darleen Call in September 2007. The next several months were spent renovating the home and we opened our doors as a Bed and Breakfast in Spring of 2008. The first time we walked through the front door, we felt we had come home. 

After much thought and many hours of discussion, we named our B&B “The River Lily Inn Bed and Breakfast.” As it turns out, Bud told us that commercial Lilies used to be grown on this property and that he feeds Lily, the squirrel, every day at 8AM and again at 5PM.

The River Lily Inn, how appropriate. Artie and I feel like this is where we are supposed to be. Our wish is for everyone who walks through our doors to be as blessed as we have been.
